april fools

this week has been pretty busy, but we were off to an interesting start. sunday was april fools day. is this an official holiday? it just plain out confuses me. chase and i are so terrible at fooling each other, but our friends on the other hand? well, they got clever.

a few of our friends decided to be realllll funny and put a bunch of NASTY FROGS in the door jam hoping that we would open our door in the morning and be bombarded! and let me tell you, the ones you see weren't all of them! they were all along the silver plate. it was so disgusting, but so hilarious. i couldn't stop squealing and screaming! 

luckily chase was wise and knew just what to do. we noticed something was up right away because we heard one croak and a friend texted us telling us that our door looked taped shot form their apt window across the street. so chase cracked open the door, forced the screen door open, and scooted the froggies out using my umbrella and his skateboard. they were all stacked up on each other all cozy like, and even croaking (which is really creepy sounding).  april fooled we were! bravo our dear friends.
