i am so lucky to be married to my best and hottest friend. today marks the day we got married, one year ago in beautiful san diego. i cannot believe a year has already come and gone. time truly does fly by when you're having fun.

together we have cruised to the bahamas, moved to hawaii, lived the newly wed life in a tiny studio apartment, been busy students and student workers, and explored the beaches of the north shore. we have learned so much about one another as well as ourselves, and grow closer as a couple each and every day. through the good days and the rough days, we are always there for each other, supporting each other, and loving one another. we strive to be better and make each other better. we are imperfect yet always reach for improvement, understanding that no excuse is a good excuse. we love each other and center our relationship around god and his plan for us. 

i remember since the age of 12, randomly praying for the future man i would marry. praying that he was happy, well, and making good choices; so that one day when i was ready, i could meet him and join our lives together as one. the decision to get married was the most important decision i have ever made, and i am grateful every day it's with chase. i love him dearly. and will always and forever. can't wait for the many years to come.
