oatmeal cinnamon pancakes

it's a sunday morning, and what a better way to start out your day than homemade moist oatmeal pancakes. i found this recipe online and tweaked it a little to add some sweetness to these sometimes flavorless pancakes. you can add berries too if you want, i just didn't have any. hope you enjoy!

2 tablespoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
3/4 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon cinnamon

combine dry ingredients in large bowl: whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt
combine wet ingredients in small bowl: melted butter, egg, milk, vanilla, oatmeal
combine the wet ingredients into large bowl with dry ingredients

serve with 1/4 cup measurement into saucepan over medium-low heat

serve and top with syrup, powdered sugar, or berries!
