day dates are the best. we stopped our day right smack in the middle, just to spend some time with each other. we ate lunch at surfin' tacos, a yummy little taco shop in hauula. i guess you can say its the cafe rio of the north shore.
shortly after lunch we took a stroll across the street to the nearest beach access. chase played on the reef and i just sat and enjoyed the moment. i love little get aways in middle of the day. sometimes you just really need them. glad i have a cute hubby that always makes me laugh and enjoy "us" time.
