night on the town

this past weekend chase and i decided to stay the night in town (honolulu). chase's awesome uncle has an apt. downtown that he so kindly lets us stay at if we want. so we took up the offer and enjoyed ourselves a little get away. we enjoyed walking downtown and seeing all the pretty lights. eggs 'n things (pictured above) is the most delicious breakfast place ever, you must go if you're in honolulu. they make the greatest pancakes. and the abc stores have everything you need while the international market place is fun for trinkets. and having a delicious dessert date at coldstone just had to happen.

our pad for the night. and the awesome view from the patio. so close to the beach, just how we like it. so fun seeing all the buildings and crazy how much stuff people can cram onto their tiny patios. gotta love the hawaii life. slow and easy, even in a big city.
